Continuous Development

Sana Software is continuously working on expanding the features of our solutions and improving our products. Using a short cyclic release strategy of three weeks, we can quickly adopt to market wishes. Meanwhile we can keep an eye on the large themes which are part of the Sana roadmap, making sure our product is developed over both, short and long term. In Partner Involvement Sessions, you can actively contribute to the development of our next releases.

Partner Program

Business Development

For each of the product lines (e-Commerce, e-Learning and web content management), a dedicated and experienced business development manager supports in selling Sana products. Next to this, Sana Partners get exclusive access to the partner area of our Sana Community, the interactive product portal where sales reps and development engineers of our partners meet and exchange ideas or even (parts of) implemented solutions. Sana Product Managers also use this portal for sharing their ideas and of course to publish all detailed product documentation, from technical guidelines to release notes, white papers and manuals. The Sana Support portal can be used by our partners for actual support calls, RFI's and RFC's.

Training

Sana Software provides product and partner training, to get to know our products in detail and to be able to implement and support our solutions. Technical 'Hands-on Labs' are provided, commercial 'Solution Highlights' sessions are organized in our office in Rotterdam.

Partner Involvement Sessions

Where would we be without market input and feed-back? Sana Product Managers regularly organize Partner Involvement Sessions. These sessions, which may be held with several partners at once, allow us to provide updates on our road map and to discuss your input on the road ahead. Partner Involvement Sessions are organized for both the commercial and a technical areas of our soulutions.
