Sana Software and The Concept Group

Sana Software welcomes another partner to its constantly expanding European network of dedicated partners. The Concept Group from Belgium recently agreed to be a partner for the Sana line of software solutions for online commerce.

The Concept Group is a young and dynamic IT company from Belgium that offers support to the many processes of sales- and retail companies. “We offer solutions which make the life of retailers easier by automating many of their processes’, Francis Adams, CEO of The Concept Group, states.

Supporting growth

“We want to directly support the growth of our customers”, he continues. “We do this by offering a broad range of software and maintenance solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Our offer is a total software package. This ranges from easy online financial maintenance, to following the status of supplies, acquisition and sales. Also for CRM, product and inventory maintenance we have designed software packages. Our solutions even help to support sales in the store.” The Concept Group currently consists of 19 employees and has offices in both Malle and Gentbrugge in Belgium.

Better cooperation

“We came across the solutions of Sana Software at a recent Pebblestone Conference”, Adams continues. “In their solution line Sana Commerce we saw possibilities for our customers to better cooperate with their suppliers. Also we think that with Sana Software we will look at easier implementation possibilities. We decided to choose for Sana because of this better cooperation with suppliers and the possibilities to offer better support.”
