From version 8, Sana Commerce is shipped with an installer to setup the web store. First, the basics are set up, creating database and the connection to Dynamics. After that, a wizard-like installer guides the installation in a step-by-step process. The user is helped in setting up Sana, either as B2C retail store, or as B2B Sales Portal.

 

The Sana installer takes into account if the shop should use the real-time interface with Dynamics, or if the Sana Commerce Provider should be used, for a scheduled e-Commerce interface with AX or NAV.

 

Next to the installer, with Sana Commerce 8 we have also released the Sana Commerce Health Check; a very comprehensive check-up on all system variables which are essentail or a flawless operation. Together with the installation wizard, this tool helps our partners to provide an even better service to the users of Sana Commerce.
