We can be sure that our agent’s and customer’s orders are correct”, Jeroen Koppenaal of the Dutch Euretco Label company explains enthusiastically. Since October 2008, this Business Unit of Euretco BV uses the business-to-business ordering system called ‘Sana Commerce Live’. And to their complete satisfaction.

“The failure rate is minimized and all processes are covered. Our foreign sales representatives only need to follow a few simple steps, the rest is automated”, he explains. “Moreover, thanks to a direct link with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, our sales data and inventory status are always up-to-date.”

Children’s and baby clothing Jeroen Koppenaal is Operational Manager at Euretco Label Company and is responsible for all processes regarding IT and logistics. “Euretco Label Company’s main activity is the development and the launch of brands, mostly in the sector of children’s and baby clothing. Currently established brands are LCKR (children) and Babyface (baby). These brands are sold in the Benelux, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Greece, Spain, Ireland and Italy.” Euretco Label Company has approximately forty employees. Small shops and large chains “We sell our brands across the whole of Europe”, Koppenaal continues. “On a local level we work with sales agencies or importers that serve their own local customers. In total, we have approximately 1200 customers for our brands LCKR and Babyface. Locally designed and developed Koppenaal offers more insight in the process from design to sales. “The products are designed and developed by our own styling department in Houten, the Netherlands. Our suppliers are mainly manufacturers located in the Far East. After presenting the new collections to our sales representatives (in the Netherlands and abroad), they can place sales orders for their customers.”	Business to Business For optimal control on the distribution to the customer, the business-to-business solution Sana Commerce Live, a product of Sana Software, has been implemented. Sana Commerce Live offers professional support to retailers, agents and customers. An innovative link guarantees the direct exchange of all relevant data between the commercial portal and the ERP administration. This way, Euretco can manage multiple shops and assortments in multiple languages and currencies.
Satisfied customer “Up until last year, we worked with a system we had designed and developed ourselves. However, this system did not match our current needs. Therefore, we had to look for a new platform. Our most important requirement was that the system would be based on Microsoft technology. Initially, we wanted to transfer our old ‘Sales journal’ to Navision. This was not as easy as we thought it would be. Therefore, an entirely new ERP system was implemented”. This was quite a job, but turned out to be very important for the final result. ”It has evolved into a very good product and we are very satisfied with it. The various functions in the sales journal surely meet our expectations.” ico High number of variables within the system For a better understanding of the new business-to-business system it is important to understand Euretco’s customers. Moreover, how the collections are packed provides a new layer of information. “LCKR and BFC are packed in multiple prepacks. By ordering prepacks, the agents receive the full line of sizes in one package. In contrast to the after sales trajectory, where we use separate item variants. Pre-orders and after sales “Besides, the process contains two parts: pre-orders and afters sales”, Koppenaal explains. “When we release our new collection, agents get the possibility to place pre-orders. These orders are shipped to them in large batches, right before the start of the season. The remaining items are sold via the ‘after sales’ function of the portal.” Agents mainly use the pre-order functionality, customers only use the after sales functions.	Always accurate data “Thanks to Sana Commerce Live, Euretco Label Company every day has a clear overview. The available stock is easy to observe in the new system. This way everyone is able to see the daily changes of stock and always has access to accurate data”, Koppenaal concludes.
