Sana Commerce gets fashion forward with Arrow and Turnover

Arrow is an authentic brand with a rich heritage reflecting American fashion over three centuries and it has been a leader in coordinated casual wear and dress shirts since 1851. Turnover as a fashion brand is distinguished by its unique signature, an unmistakable respect for the finest quality, authenticity and innovation in design.

Both, Arrow and Turnover web stores were created by Total Commerce utilizing Sana Commerce’s B2C environment. Jochem Nuij, Manager at Total Commerce explains the benefits of using Sana Commerce as the B2C platform for both web stores. “In Total Commerce we work for partners that have their web stores outsourced. All outsourced activities are managed by Total Commerce. Sana provided us with the latest version of their solution (Sana Commerce) and that gave us the opportunity to use it in the creation of the web stores for our client Secon Group owner of Arrow and Turnover brands”.

Complete B2C Secon Group BV comprises four international fashion brands, among which two of their most successful are Arrow and Turnover. When Secon Group approached Total Commerce with the desire to step into the e-Commerce market with their brands Arrow and Turnover, a new online sales channel needed to be created. The entire process was outsourced to Total Commerce, which specializes in the creation and management of web stores. Total Commerce’s expertise range from the building of the site, the photography, the daily management, customer service and fulfillment of the web stores. This is where Sana Software along with its partner ISM eCompany (in charge of the implementation) commenced the process of creating a B2C solution for Total Commerce that represented each brand and that offered a good balance between functionality and user friendliness. Turnover http://www.turnover.com/	Functional store Both Arrow and Turnover presented an opportunity for Total Commerce to create web stores from start to finish. “Our expertise can be found in the fact that we have knowledge on all aspects of e-Commerce. We know technique, marketing, logistics, legal, customer care, photography and so on. Sana Commerce offered a complete functional store right from the start, with some minor changes we could fit both Arrow and Turnover’s needs” Nuij continues.
