1. Where can I find technical documentation?

All our documentation is located on our online help location on help.sana-software.com.  Per product, a User Guide, an Installation and Configiration Manual, "How to's" and a Knowledge Base is available. For partners, Release Notes and API documentation can be found on the partner section of the Sana Community on community.sana-software.com. If your question is not answered using these resources, please contact us at support@sana-software.com.
 

2. Where can I report a problem or question regarding the software?

Software issues can be reported on our online support tracker at support.sana-software.com. (partners only, SLA must be valid). Furthermore, for technical support you can contact us by phone (+31 10 243 6030) or by e-mail, using the following e-mail address: commercesupport@sana-software.com for Sana Commerce.

3. How do I obtain a license key?

Sana products are activated using a license key. These keys can be obtained by partners on the Sana Community at community.sana-software.com. License request are processed within one working day. Also see 'extending a license with an additional domain' below.
 

4. Where can I get a user manual?

User manuals and other end user documentation can be found on Sana's online help location at help.sana-software.com. If your question was not answered here, please contact us at support@sana-software.com.
 

5. Is Sana Commerce compliant with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009?

Yes, Sana Commere is fully compliant with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2. Next to that, Sana Commerce supports NAV 4 and 5.
 

6. Can I extend an existing license with an additional domain?

Yes, if an existing license is extended with additional domains, for multi shop or multi site applications, a new license key can be ordered at community.sana-software.com (partners only) and placed next to the existing key for that shop or site. It is not necessary to obtain a new key for the already existing domains, uptil the moment that the shop or site is migrated to a new, major (version 7 --> version 8) release.
In case of extending an existing Sana EasyGenerator license with additional users, an entire new license key  needs to be generated.

7. How to order the NAV granule for Sana Commerce?

Sana Commerce requires a specific Microsoft Dynamics NAV License. The name of the Granule is 'Sana Commerce - NAV Connector'. For the Partner Developer License the Insert Granule ID is 11123304, and for the End User License the Granule ID is 11123310. Microsoft will invoice €33 for this granule.
 
 
Please note that since the 1st of March 2010, the concept of an insert and execute granule no longer exists.
Instead, the add-on object range permissions are automatically added to the development license based on how the add-on module is set-up.
